Movie transcript with snapshot pictures part 8
RABBIT: Huh? What? It's morning. I don't understand. Was it all
just a bad dream?
ROO: That's it! I know what we gotta do! Bye, Mama!
Where are you going?
ROO: I know how to make Rabbit happy again!
WINNIE THE POOH: Yummy, yummy, honey. Just a smackerel more...
ROO: Pooh! Wake up!
WINNIE THE POOH: What about breakfast?
ROO: No time! We've got a job to do! Wake up, Piglet!
PIGLET: Ah! Who's there?
WINNIE THE POOH: Hello, Piglet!
ROO: Rise and shine, Eeyore!
EEYORE: I'm shinin'.
WINNIE THE POOH: Whoo-hoo-hoo-hoo!
ROO: Come on, Tigger!
We gotta spring into action!
WINNIE THE POOH: Whoa!
TIGGER: So, where're we springin' to?
RO: We're making Rabbit happy. Whoa!
PIGLET: Who turned out my lights?
ROO: Knock, knock, Mama. Are we there yet?
KANGA: Oh, dear.
WINNIE THE POOH: Mmm, breakfast!
ROO: This is
no time to dilly-dally. Let's get to work.
ROO: There. All done.
PIGLET: It's really quite nice. Don't you think?
TIGGER: I just hope Rabbit thinks so, too.
RABBIT: Why don't you ask him yourself?
What is the meaning of this?
You can't have Easter
without all this! Why, it wouldn't be Easter without your stripedy egg, Tigger. Or your honey pot, Pooh. And I believe this is your lovely basket, Piglet. And Eeyore, here are your fluffy bunny ears. And I even made you a tail to match!
EEYORE: Gettin' attached to it already.
RABBIT: And Roo! Didn't think I'd forgotten you, did you? I believe I owe you an Easter egg hunt!
ROO: No way.
RABBIT: Yes, way. I know it's a little late, but Happy Easter, Roo.
Happy Easter everyone.
TIGGER: What the dickens, and I do mean Dickens, is going on here?
RABBIT: What's going on here? Easter! That's what! Now Tigger, I thought perhaps
you might like to lead the Easter egg hunt!
TIGGER: But, Rabbit...
RABBIT: No buts! I'm the Easter bunny, and I make the rules! Rule number one is: There aren't any rules about Easter! Now go, go have fun! Go! Go! Go!
ROO: Everyone, wait! You can't have Easter! What I mean is. You can't have Easter without this.
RABBIT: Is that my Easter bunny hat?
For our one and only Easter bunny!
ALL: Hip, hip, hooray! Hooray for Ra-Ra!
RABBIT: I came here this morning to give you a very special Easter. But, you've given me the grandest Easter ever! Now,
what do you say we go hunt some Easter eggs?
Think you can teach me?
ROO: Yeah! Come on! First you sneak up on 'em, and then you bounce!
TIGGER: Hoo-hoo-hoo-hoo! Hoo-hoo-hoo-hoo!
PIGLET: Pooh Bear! What happened to Rabbit?
WINNIE THE POOH: Well, I would like to explain. But I can't. You see, Rabbit isn't who he was on the holiday that wasn't, and he is who he wasn't on the holiday that was. So there you have it, if you see what I mean.
EEYORE: Which we don't.
WINNIE THE POOH: Oh, well, what I mean is, he's the Easter bunny!
ALL: 'Cause what I like most about Easter
/ Is the way we show our pals that we care
/ For the fun never ends
/ When you give to your friends
/ And you share the wonder of
/ A bright and sunny honey of an Easter!
/ With painted eggs and jellybeans too!
/ Of all the fun and neat stuff
/ The candy and the sweet stuff
/ My favorite Easter wish'll come true
/ When we share this Easter day
/ With you!
TIGGER: Oh! I just love a hoppy ending.
NARRATOR: And so, they all hopped off together on this grandest Easter ever in the Hundred Acre Wood.
ROO: B-B-F-N! Bye-bye for now!
