Mouse left click: fire (you have a red spot)
A key or LEFT arrow: move left
D key or RIGHT arrow: move right
S key or Down arrow: crouch
R key: reload
SPACE: swap another weapon; you may only carry one at a time though

Use your crouch key often; even when hiding behind cars, standing up isn't good.
The Press Icon PB means you're getting Publicity Bonuses. If you don't agree these guys, you lose 10,000 points each time.
On the top screen, you have health
On the bottom of the screen, you have current ammo, numer of bads left in scene, score and ammo clips.
Also, you can select low, medium or high graphics.
For the leader of bads, you'll have a 10,000 bonus points.
