Description Is a sequence of four movements. Also from starting position, raise your arms in front above shoulder level (movement 1). Open wide your arms with palms facing front (movement 2). Your chest is filled with oxygen.On first 2 movements, you inhale on your nose.The first two movements sequence is over, during which you do the inspiration on your nose.In return, on same direction, the arms back in front with palms toward each other, but are not touching (movement 3). Then a descending movement like you push the air down and and lead it to your own body, accompanied by a slight bending of your knees; when your arms get down, straighten your knees (movement 4). On last 2 movements, you exhale on your mouth. Repeat this cycle 6 times and then return to starting position. It is very important to visualize those movements.
