Description From starting position, raise your arms at your sides until your head. Twist your hands then open wide your arms (as they describe an imaginary circle or a giant cloud). When your arms arrive in the right shoulder, with their descent, gradually bend your knees. In the lowest point of the rotation, the palms are easily attained. Raise your arms with the palms attained up overhead. Inhale on your nose during the ascending movement. Exhale on your mouth during the descending movement.The movement should be natural and harmonious. Repeat this cycle 6 times then return to starting position. Try to visualize those movements.
