Description Turn your body on left to the back and looking at back corner. Left hand palm up to the sky (like you sustain a ball). Right hand palm down parallel to the ground. Left leg extended perpendicular to the ground. Right leg is extended and raised on toes. Is the starting position of twisting. Start the rotation to the other corner. Hands and legs change their position between them. Twist your body to the right and lift your right hand palm up to the moon. Left hand palm down to the ground. Right leg extended perpendicular to the ground. The body is supported by this leg. Left leg is extended and raised on toes.Inhale on the movement to the left. Exhale on the movement to the right.
