Description Starting position: the right leg is extended at 45 degrees in front and is raised on toes. Your body rests on the left leg. Arms wide open at shoulder level. Bending forward, with arms open, near the bottom of your foot where your hands are intersecting, like you are scooping the sea. Rights leg bend. Then, raise your body. Your arms are opening. Look to the sky. Inhale on ascending movement. Exhale on descending movement. Repeat this movement 6 times and then return to starting position.
