Description Raise your arms at 45 degrees laterally. Palm oriented down. Inhale on ascending movement. Once attained this position, lower your arms with palms down. Simultaneously with decent movement, bend slight your knees. Imagine flying like a wild goose. Exhale on descending movement. It is a very beautiful and harmonious movement. Repeat this movement six times. Then return to starting position. It is one of the most beautiful and ample position.
