Description Start from the position with arms stretched overhead. Now imagine you rotate a giant wheel to the right. Lean slightly in front of you. It is a nice movement, from the floor to the sky. Feel comfortable. Is done a complex harmonization : right-left and up-down. Three rotations for to the right and three rotations to the left. Then return to starting position. It is an ample Tai Chi stance and very energizing because are involved almost all the muscles that support the spine.
