Description Stretch your right leg in front with toes up. Raise your arms laterally and balance your body weight from right to left leg. Inhale on your nose during retiring movement. Then balance your body weight from left to right leg and push forward your arms. Exhale on your mouth during pushing movement. Imagine a horizontal flying like a pigeon. Complete six cycles then relax. Change the movement leg, right with left. Complete another six cycles. Then return to starting position.
