| Description Imagine a string between your palms of your hands and your knees. Raise your right hand in front of shoulder level and your right knee is follow. Inhale on your nose during right side movement. Do the same thing with your left hand. Exhale on your mouth during left side movement. Like you marching bouncing your knees as a ball. Complete six movements for both hands. Then try with a string between your opposite hand and opposite leg. Also complete six cycles. Then return to starting position.
